Text Box: Reproduction parts for ERF….. For this project we reproduced a new polished stainless steel front bumper from the customers unsalvageable original. After producing tooling to suit the required contour, the bumper was formed from 2mm stainless steel and polished to a mirror finish.

Text Box: New Fuel Tank for WWII Scout Car….. For this project we reproduced a new stainless steel fuel tank from the customers unsalvageable original. Using Slip-Rolls and Swaging machine we manufactured a complete new stainless steel tank which was then pressure tested.

Text Box: New Aluminum Security Trunk….. For this project we designed and manufactured a new two compartment aluminum security trunk to fit the customers vehicle. Using Box & Pan Folder, panel swaged to add strength and fully TIG welded seems, the trunk was made from 3mm aluminum and fitted with custom made stainless steel fittings.

New Volvo F86 Cab Restoration Parts…..

For this project we produced tooling based on customers unsalvageable originals.

A variety of equipment and tooling was used to manufacture a wide array of otherwise unobtainable body and structural parts for this classic truck.

New Front Mud Guards for Albion Lorry…..

This unique project was part of the restoration of what is thought to be one of the last remaining Albion Lorries of this model left in existence.

Based on the originals, we produced wooden bucks to allow us to fabricate these hand made replacements. This project used traditional methods and tooling including an English Wheel and Pulmax Metal Forming Machine to produce the complex compound curves.

One of our biggest markets is the design and manufacture of custom panel work. Ranging from American Hot Rods to the Classic Mini we do our utmost to give our customers a unique product to add that personal touch to their vehicle.
